• As a Business Analyst you translate business requirements into functional and non-functional software requirements. Your excellent interview techniques & communication skills will help you to retrieve the necessary input from business & end-users. Functional specifications are documented by means of use case diagrams & storyboards.
• In your role as Business Analyst you are on the bridge between end-users and IT and you make sure that the functional specifications are clear and understood on both sides of the bridge.
• You collaborate with the solution architect in the definition of the solution and information architecture.
• Your role also covers the definition of system test specifications and you play a key part in preparing & coaching the end-users for the implementation of the solution.
• You will report to the project manager on the progress made and work to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

• University degree (or equivalent through experience) plus 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of the ICT Domain
• Experience with the use of a standard methodology like RUP, UML or derived proprietary methodology
• As-is and To-be analysis have no secret for you
• Experience with OO-modeling is a plus
• Experience in the Financial Services Sector is a must
• Ideally you should be trilingual (NL/FR/ENG).
