Function :
To further develop our business in the International Division , we are currently looking for a consultant. As consultant you help our candidates to find a job that meets their wishes and skills and our clients to know the best candidates on the market. Your people skills allow you to make the right match between applicant and company culture.
Thanks to your commercial attitude, you can proactively link candidates to both existing and prospective clients. Together with a team of enthusiastic and dynamic colleagues you work to further deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through development of recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best possible talent for our international clients.
Tasks :
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Create job descriptions
- Post positions to appropriate internet sources , recruitment partners
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct screening interviews
- Efficiently and effectively present the candidates to our clients and fill open positions.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping
Profile :
- You have a first experience of 3 tot 5 years in a similar role or in an internal commercial function.
- You are spontaneous and good with people, and you have a strong commercial flair.
- You have the benefit of higher studies.
- You have a very good knowledge of English, French and Dutch.
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic and result-oriented.
