  • You will be mostly working with existing clients. These range from middle-large SMEs to Multinationals.
  • You are able to assess the needs of your clients and you can translate these needs into clear proposals based on the current service and product offering of your employer.
  • With your clear way of communicating you manage to convince clients of the proposed solutions and you are able to negotiate the best deal possible for both the clients and your employer.
  • Of course you won't be alone to take on this challenge. You are supported by a team of Pre-Sales architects, account managers and solution designers.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a long term vision. You understand Rome wasn't built in a day as your business won't be either.
  • Someone who is able to develop and nurture existing clients and find win-win situations.
  • You know how this job works, you have a proven track record of a few years in a similar role/industry.

Organisation and department description For an established company near Zaventem, I am recruiting a Client Success Manager.

This is not your typical BDM role, you will be the point of contact for mostly existing clients and you are the person they will look to for proposing innovative new products and services to streamline their IT operations.

You can build on a solid and current knowledge of IT infrastructure services and products and you can explain these to clients in a down-to-earth fashion.Offer
