Job description

The IT Service Engineer understands the IT needs of the end-users and supports them.

On a daily basis, the service engineer will:

  • Interact with clients to solve their issues

  • Install new hardware and software

  • Keep track of purchased equipment

  • Check existing problems and team up with other IT professionals located in abroad locations to solveĀ them

The role requires discipline around processes and procedures that are in place for incident, problem, change and SLA management.

The Service Engineer assists in managing local applications and IT Infrastructure projects (e.g. Office 365, network devices and PCs).
