Department Summary:
Maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems to ensure business continuity. Investigating and diagnosing technical problems and making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems as well as carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. Defining the specific set of techniques, competencies and procedures to apply for the continuous exploration, iteration, and investigation of past and current business data, for the purposes of obtaining insights about a business that can lead to improved decision-making. Handling all the registrations, from application to invoicing of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT & Business Intelligence department with four other people. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to the employees and to the members of the company: you will have to deal with issues related to hardware, software and network. In addition to that, you will be responsible for the maintenance of both the IT infrastructure and the ERP (custom-made database developed in .NET by a service provider) and you will contribute to its evolution with new suggestions of improvements. Part of the responsibilities will also include the analysis of the business needs to pursue the digitalization of company’s processes. Finally, you will also support the data analysts to implement software, tools and methods related to data science, big data and data analytics.


As a successful IT Support Specialist, it is required that you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. On top of that, you have good knowledge and experience with Windows OS, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Exchange server, Microsoft 365, Azure, routers, firewall, TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN, etc. as well as strong skills in Excel for cleaning and reformatting data as well as automating tasks.

People define you as a strong communicator and a problem-solver with a great sense of analysis. You are proactive, you can work autonomously, and you are quality oriented. In terms of languages, you speak English and French and/or Dutch.
