Within the Services department, you are responsible for the management of various systems installed at the customer. If a problem occurs, you analyse the problem and, together with the team, find the best solution. You do not only perform classic maintenance tasks, but you are also responsible for proactively monitoring the systems, rolling out upgrades and lifecycle management. You are trained in various new technologies. And you take part in the implementation of new installations at customers in close cooperation with there Project Engineers and Project Managers.Profile
* Are you fluent in Dutch and/or French and good in English?
* Are you like a fish in water with clients, being their technical contact person?
* Do you have a good grasp of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix)?
* Do you know your way around Networking (CISCO CCNA)?
* Do Windows server environments and Linux systems hold no secrets for you?
* Do you have an analytical brain? Are you well organized, dynamic, flexible and keen to learn?
* Do you thrive on turning problems into solutions?
