As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be the key point between the end-users and WHISE. We count on you to give our customers and partners the best support experience they have ever had. None of your work days will be the same, guarantee!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary contact of our customers and partners and respond efficiently to their questions (phone, email, chat) with a “smile” (primarily in Dutch and French).
  • Identify and reproduce problems independently and create a ticket for this, in English. Following thru bugs and communicating progress and resolution to the customer.
  • Act as the customer advocate – relaying feedback and escalating issues and trends within WHISE.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by collecting customer feedback, placing suggestions in tickets, and discussing these with your manager at regular intervals.
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction in all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the quality of documentation and improvement of procedures.
  • Hold (at least) a High School degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven 2-3 year success across incident management and service delivery excellence. Experience in the software and technology sector is a plus.
  • Exhibit a passion for exceeding customer expectations and for helping customers solve problems.
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities to swiftly follow-up on multiple requests in an efficient way.
  • Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with a sound business acumen.
  • Fluent in French , English AND Dutch.


  • Keen interest in the real estate industry.
  • Adept at multitasking, paying meticulous attention to procedures and details.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Possesses excellent analytic and problem-solving skills: taking and keeping ownership until the matter is resolved is essential for you. You can define a problem, analyze data and textual information to make correct decision.
  • Collaborative team player with a "doing whatever it takes" and "can-do" attitude.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in self-development.
  • You are a digital literate:

· general knowledge across cloud, web, email delivery, and mobile software technologies with a good understanding of underlying technologies like SQL, HTML, XML, API,…

· good knowledge of the Microsoft office pack: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· familiarity with tools like AZURE, Salesforce, Hubspot, JIRA is a strong plus.
