ICT Coach

Description de fonction The company is looking for a digital coach to help all employees use MS 365 optimally. This includes the standard programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Teams and SharePoint. There is no mandatory training program that all employees must follow. On the one hand, there are a number of 'training modules' that employees can freely sign up for; on the other hand, there are specific requests for guidance and training from individual employees. Everyone within the bank can make use of this service.Profil Bilingualism is required: Dutch/French.
Strong didactic skills are essential. For them, someone with a good affinity for this software could be sufficient. Their business activity involves training non-IT professionals to become IT professionals, and they can provide the necessary training to this person if needed. Ideally, the candidate should already have the knowledge, but as mentioned above, they should not be a 'computer nerd' who struggles to communicate their knowledge effectively.
