You plan, organize and manage the team to deliver the business and technology roadmaps
You motivate a team with a diverse array of talents, onsite, offsite developers, and functional analysts
You ensure cohesion and quality of delivery amongst the different parties
You manage development and maintenance of budgets
You manage the relationship with technology partners, both on-shore and near-shore
You proactively drive the maintenance to ensure availability, reliability, and quality across applications
You create and hold to quality training documentation and encourage a culture of knowledge sharing
You lead the project managers and collaborate with the Project Management Support Office
You manage cross-project resources
You are in charge of staff sourcing

Profil

You hold a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Technology or comparable experience
You have minimum 5 years in Project / Program Management in a matrix organization
You have minimum 5 years’ experience in Budget management in an IT landscape
You have proven experience in change management
Budget planning, allocation and estimations don’t have any secret for you
You already have an experience in leading external development application delivery
You are strong in leading IT projects and related teams

Descriptif de l’organisation et du départementISTORM has been selected as exclusive agency to look for IT Program & Change manager for an international company located in Brussels.

The Program and Change Manager primary objective is to lead a project office team and to ensure that company's technology demand, coming from change requests, projects, application maintenance or incidents tickets, is delivered.
The Program and Change Manager will be responsible for the organisation and planning of the team within the provided budget. He/she will be responsible to control/establish the yearly budgets for support and Maintenance.
As part of the senior technology leadership team, the Program and Change Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Projects and Changes while also contributing to the overall technology strategy at the company to support the business roadmaps.

You will be joining a company with colleagues from so many different countries who bring to the organisation a varied range of skills and experience.
Hybrid way of working (up to 3 teleworking days/week) and a modern offices located in Brussels.

Full time (38 hours/week) permanent contract
