Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring seamless functionality of office technology, resolving user issues, and providing hands-on support for hardware and software concerns. Collaborates with the Technology Help Desk to address and manage customer requests efficiently, utilizing incident management tools and on-site troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on fixes, software installations/upgrades, hardware management, and mobile device support.
  • Resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining engagement until the problem is solved.
  • Provide technical support for video/audio conferencing.
  • Participate in enhancing the on-site IT environment and advocate for information security management.
  • Conduct post-resolution follow-ups, evaluate trends, and suggest preventive measures.
  • Field and prioritize customer requests via various channels while maintaining professionalism.
  • Build customer rapport, conduct preventive maintenance, and document problem-solving procedures.


  • A First field experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows 10, and Office suite.
  • Experience working under Service Level Agreements and within a Service Desk framework.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
  • English is the main used language a second National language is a plus.
  • Stress resistant.
  • ITIL certified is a real added value
