Purpose of the role:

Interacts with internal clients to solve their IT issues
Installs new hardware and software & keeps track of purchased equipment
Checks existing problems and team up wi th other IT professionals located in other offices to solve them
Manages the local infrastructure and relationships with 3rd party providers
Key point of contact for user requests

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate with IT and business teams
Responsible for formulating, promoting and documenting the local Infrastructure
Understand requirements Identify the stakeholders, help to analyse the requirements and escalate to IT management where necessary
Manage incidents and requests pertaining to IT supported infrastructure and systems

Profil

Ambitious & dynamic
Flexible to work once in a while from the Netherlands
2nd Line Support experience
Bilingual: in Dutch & English, French is a plus
