Description de fonction In this position you will start with typical first line tasks to get to know the company and the environment. After this when you are ready for the next step you will join a team of about 5 people. You can get a lot of training and certificates here. Below some tasks:

•    Provide installation support on hardware and software
•    Troubleshooting IT Peripherals problems 
•    Wiping out PC software, and reinstalling Windows and other software 
•    Repairing/replacing hardware
•    Understand all aspects of MS Office Suite, and ability to install it
•    Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
•    Resolve technical problems of datacenter network and branch office network
•    Install/Test printers on network (wireless and wired)
•    Troubleshooting printing problemsProfil 2 years working experience in IT relevant position
•    Have a broad knowledge on network, PC, servers and other hardware
•    Have experience on Windows server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows server 2016 and above, MS office and other software packages
•    “Active Directory” Experience 
•    Have basic understanding on Citrix, VMware, Nutanix
