  • Be the first point of contact for coordinating user problems resolution
  • Responding to client IT support requests.
  • Assist end-users directly or escalate issues to other team members when necessary
  • Maintain, support and troubleshoot: computers, servers, printers, VoIP, Wi-Fi, MDM, network infrastructure e.g.
  • Installing and configuring client computer systems.
  • Ensuring mass deployment based on Group’s Standards.
  • Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintaining good client relations.
  • Tracking and managing work records.
  • Compiling job reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
  • French / Dutch / English written ans spoken
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and IP-based protocols.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically.
