FunctieomschrijvingAs Account Manager, you will spend your time between upselling at existing clients (60%) and opening new clients (40%). After an initial training period where you will learn about the Software platform and all its modules, you will be given a portfolio of clients.
Your responsibility:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority.
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of the Software tool to prospects based on the prospect’s needs and priorities.
- Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
- Meet or exceed your monthly quota.
- Maintain or extend existing accounts.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
Profiel- 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience.
- Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, HR and ask intelligent questions.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
- Genuine customer empathy and ability to coach customers for transition to digital mindset.
- Organized and strong time management skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication in French, English and Dutch.
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment.
