Functieomschrijving

You work together with your sales colleagues to maintain regular contact with our national and international customers.
You listen to their needs, make a quick analysis and provide explanations about the applications through personalized web demos.
You ensure everyone receives the right information and you follow up the project.
You also work together with the project manager and developers to implement projects and setup environments for new customers.
You analyze the customer processes, you bridge the gap between their functional needs and the capabilities of the solutions, you advise them on how to improve their field service processes.
You gain an in-depth understanding of their workflow, identifying challenges, and re-evaluating field service processes. As you navigate this, maintaining consistent feedback with both the client and the project manager is imperative.
You are entrusted with crafting the final documents (such as analysis, Fit-gap) that encapsulate the client's needs while aligning with the functionalities of our field service solutions.
Following the technical developments, you ensure a seamless implementation of the solution and provide initial post-launch support.
You work partly on-site with the customer, and partly from the (home) office. This balanced approach allows you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, account managers, and project managers to deliver excellent implementation services in various industries.

Profiel

You hold a bachelor or master diploma in "IT" or "engineering" or any related field
Having between 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar job
You have a consultancy-oriented mindset, with an ability to swiftly connect and establish trust with various stakeholders.
You’re comfortable with API’s, connectors, master data, SQL querries
You take ownership and deliver results. No need to micro-manage you, you go-getter you!
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Other languages are welcome (The more the merrier!);
You are a good, confident communicator. Your soft skills make the difference
You have the will to have a maximum impact
You care deeply, genuinely, and are passionately concerned about the customers
Experience with enterprise software or SaaS is a plus
Knowledge of field service processes is a plus
