Service Engineer


Purpose of the role:
  • Interacts with internal clients to solve their IT issues
  • Installs new hardware and software & keeps track of purchased equipment
  • Checks existing problems and team up wi th other IT professionals located in other offices to solve them
  • Manages the local infrastructure and relationships with 3rd party providers
  • Key point of contact for user requests

Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams
  • Responsible for formulating, promoting and documenting the local Infrastructure
  • Understand requirements Identify the stakeholders, help to analyse the requirements and escalate to IT management where necessary
  • Manage incidents and requests pertaining to IT supported infrastructure and systems
  • Ambitious & dynamic
  • Flexible to work once in a while from the Netherlands
  • 2nd Line Support experience
  • Bilingual: in Dutch & English, French is a plus
