Full Stack (Lead) Developer

• Technical analyses based on requirement gathering
• Full-stack development of new applications based on Microsoft technologies, including cloud 
• Writing and executing test scenarios to ensure and deliver the highest quality

The Business Analyst is responsible for discussing and analyzing clients’ requirements and processes.

 

(S)he will act as the single point of contact between various business stakeholders and  will ensure client sponsor satisfaction by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise. (S)he will ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline. In collaboration with  the  project manager, (s)he  may  coordinate team’s tasks and project evolution. When requested, the business analyst will also provide tailor-made coaching services to clients and ensure their efficient follow-up.

 

Key responsibilities

• Business Requirements elicitations, modelling & validation
• Reviewing functional specifications
• Executing, following & managing tests
• Reporting status to manager
• Following defects
• Following change requests
• Training end-users to new system/process

What we're looking for:

A strong grasp of HR processes coupled with a passion for technology, or vice versa. We welcome individuals who are dedicated to understanding our clients' needs. Ideally, you possess experience at the Medior or Senior level.
SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more modules is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough customer process walkthroughs to comprehend business needs and align them with solution functionality.
• Lead SuccessFactors projects, managing resources and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR best practices.
• Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while maintaining product standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client key users.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless integration between modules.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and application maintenance teams for ongoing support.
• Support pre-sales activities as needed.
