Job Description

Samen met verschillende ICT-leveranciers beheer je de volledige ICT-omgeving.
Je bent de schakel tussen gebruikers en de ICT-outsourcing partner (inclusief helpdesk).
Je fungeert als eerstelijns contactpersoon bij problemen, dispatcht issues naar de juiste partner en volgt de communicatie naar de gebruikers op.
Je neemt projecttaken op binnen lopende ICT-projecten.
Je werkt nauw samen met de interne ICT-coördinator en -manager en ondersteunt hen bij de uitvoering.

Je neemt mede-eigenaarschap op van onder andere:

Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD
Microsoft 365 beheer
Teams-telefonie
Licentiebeheer
Hardwarebeheer (laptops)

Je levert ondersteuning bij security-initiatieven zoals de implementatie van NIS2 en gerelateerde processen.

Your Profile

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als system administrator.
Kennis of ervaring met securityprojecten, cybersecuritystandaarden of NIS2 is een plus.
Je beschikt over een bachelor of graduaat in ICT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen tussen eindgebruikers en leveranciers.
Je spreekt vlot Engels en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans.
Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt goesting om continu bij te leren.

Cybersecurity Auditor (International scope) - Brussels center

As a Cybersecurity Auditor, you will join the IT Audit department, which is part of a wider Business Audit division (80 professionals across 4 competence centers). Within this structure, you will be specifically assigned to the Benelux & Nordics Hub.

Your mission is to:

Perform cybersecurity audits—primarily on applications used within the group (internal and external), but also on broader cybersecurity topics.
Conduct assignments ("missions") that typically last 3–4 months, during which you will analyze IT systems, assess risks (particularly around cybersecurity and resilience), and evaluate internal controls.
Deliver clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to management—note that you will not be implementing these solutions yourself.
Occasionally travel to client sites, mainly in the Nordics (1–2 weeks per year).
