For a strategic enterprise program enabling personalized end-to-end patient engagement and combining smart technologies with an integrated platform, we are currently looking for a Business Support Analyst (2-3 years experience) for providing excellent customer service for all in-scope business groups, products, policies and procedures as well as navigational and application assistance.

Pharma company located in Beerse.

As Business Support Analyst, you provide the first point of contact support for the Business Help Desk (L3) for incoming calls from L1/L2 helpdesk support. You are responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for all in-scope business groups, products, policies and procedures as well as navigational and application assistance. You will proficiently support multiple call flow queues (Platform, Integration, Mobile Device, App, …) while performance remains at the correct service level or better. You will provide solid knowledge within subject matter specialties.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • Some flexibility in working hours is required
  • You are able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • You are a quick learner and motivated self-starter
  • You possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • You can follow change management for internal guidelines
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)

Freelance contract until 31/12/2018 (extendable).
