Description de fonctionAs a Systems Administrator, you will be part of an experienced IT team of 4 people:
- Three team members are responsible for infrastructure projects, including server management, Active Directory improvement, implementing Group Policies, and preparing the Azure ecosystem. They also work on process industrialization and continuous improvement of IT support.
- One team member focuses specifically on developing internal applications, particularly for exchanging data between systems.
Together with your team, you will contribute to the following tasks:
Infrastructure Management
- Managing VMware environments (ESX 5.0 to 7.0), Windows Servers (2003 to 2022), and Windows Clients (7 to 11).
- Managing NAS and SAN storage solutions and SQL servers.
- Optimizing and managing Active Directory in a multi-forest environment.
Networks and Security
- Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls (Watchguard), and Wi-Fi systems.
- Managing and monitoring Group Policies.
Systems and Automation
- Performing backups and restoration operations with Veeam.
- Automating manual processes using scripting (PowerShell).
Telephony and Collaboration
- Migrating existing telephony systems to Teams Phone.
- Technical management of Office 365 (user management, permissions, hybrid Active Directory).
Support and Innovation
- Supporting users in Dutch and French, both remotely and on-site.
- Proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve and simplify IT processes.
Profil- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT support (levels 1 to 3).
- Skills: Expertise in infrastructure management, networking, and ticketing tools.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
- Personal Attributes: Independent, solution-oriented, and a team player.
- Mobility: Willing to work occasionally on-site or at project locations.
