Description de fonction As an IT Service Delivery Specialist, you will manage IT infrastructure, support end users, and oversee application service operations. This role involves handling projects, managing service provider relationships, ensuring department financials, and providing occasional comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

Provide support to SMEs in End Users Computing and IT Service Operations.
Prioritize, dispatch tickets, and escalate complex issues.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy.


Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Validate metrics for current processes or projects (KPIs, SLAs, SOPs).
Participate in compliance audits and ensure adherence to global guidelines and governance standards.
Act as a governance contact for specific vendors.

Project Management:

Initiate, plan, and execute IT projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective measures.


Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to process IT-related invoices.
Provide financial insights to optimize IT budget utilization.Profil
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology or relevant practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT services delivery, preferably in an international corporate environment.
  • Experience in ITIL environment and IT project management.
  • Passion for the banking industry with strong business acumen is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with a range of IT systems and tools.
  • Flexible and adaptive approach to diverse tasks.
  • Understanding of IT governance principles and compliance requirements.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Fluent in English and French, proficient in Dutch.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
