Job description
  • On-site work at the client's Brussels office, four days a week from Monday to Thursday.
  • Availability for emergency call-outs.
  • Collaboration with the technical team in the United Kingdom.
  • General on-site support for the Brussels office, including laptop deployments, user account creation, software installation, on-site troubleshooting, hardware setups, and assistance with infrastructure upgrades.
  • French speaking with proficiency in English is essential.
  • Familiarity with Windows infrastructure (on-premises AD, Azure AD, Office 365)

Extra remaining day :

Performing Hardware and Software Maintenance:

  • Execute remote or on-site hardware and software maintenance when necessary.
  • Communicate the progress of the client's ticket, informing them of any changes or issues related to their problem.

Incident Tracking and Documentation:

  • Monitor incidents in our monitoring system.
  • Keep the documentation of our clients up to date.
  • Monitor our various dashboards and intervene following our procedures.
  • Ensure the proper execution of automated tasks.

Project Management:

  • Implementation of projects, either on-site or remotely. These projects will be diverse and may include:
    • Migration to Microsoft 365.
    • Deployment of workstations using Windows Autopilot.
    • Implementation of IaaS on Microsoft Azure.
    • Firewall installation.

Your role, four days a week, will involve providing internal support to approximately 30 collaborators. You will be managed by the London-based headquarters.
