Manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and prepare contingency actions to ensure successful delivery.
Act as a coordination point across squads and with other release engineers to streamline releases across teams or departments.
Track delivery progress, flag deviations, and propose corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment on delivery milestones.
Oversee software configuration practices and promote version control as a standard for quality and traceability.
Create and validate detailed deployment runbooks, ensuring seamless execution during release windows.
ProfileStrong communication and coordination skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and leadership.
Proven ability to think in terms of solutions and delivery.
Solid understanding of release and configuration management in complex IT environments.
Experience integrating multiple team roadmaps into a unified release view.
Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
8+ years of experience in IT, with prior exposure to release planning and execution in large, multi-application ecosystems.
Fluency in English is required;
