Profile
My client (falilial company) is currently looking for a talented confirmed Technical Leader and Senior Developer, having minimum 8-10 years of practical experience, skilled in the following (mainly the words in bold) :

Senior developer and/or architect
Experienced with business and functional analysis
Several years’ experience in technically managing development projects with several team members (full lifecycle: client meetings, planning, team management, analysis, developments, tests/validations, production migration and follow-up, maintenance)
Able to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks on various projects, at ease, within a collaborative team and peer programming style (personal tasks, and each member tasks), but independent when needed
Maturity to deal with customers and partners, based on the win-win and result-oriented principles
Positive mind-set and sense of humor
Stress resistance
Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a big plus
Having excellent communication skills
